Mental health is so important yet it is often taken for granted.  It affects our physical health, relationships, ability to work and our day to day functioning. Problems with appetite, sleep, somatic complaints, inability to focus, feeling overwhelmed and hopelessness can all be symptoms of a mental health disorder.

If these symptoms sound familiar just know you are not alone.  Most people don't share with you their mental challenges due to the stigma with mental health.  We'll work together to solve current challenges you face and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles in a calm and safe space.
