Chronic medical conditions can be scary especially when you are adjusting to the reality of having a new diagnosis.  Living with a chronic illness can wear you down.  Most people with chronic medical conditions experience a range of emotions pending the hour, the day, side effects of medications, pain level or the stage of their illness.   Medical issues can often lead to mental health disorders and vice versa.  Our minds and bodies are very connected.  I would love to support you on your journey to becoming strong mentally and physically.
